tatar sauce 7 oz (200 g) • garlic 4 cloves • chicken breasts 2.2 lb (1000 g)
On a plate mix to combine tartar sauce with pressed garlic.

all-purpose flour / plain flour • chicken egg • breadcrumbs • sunflower oil
Then coat the cutlets in triplecoat (flour, egg, breadcrumbs) and fry.
