tatar sauce 7 oz (200 g)  garlic 4 cloves  chicken breasts 2.2 lb (1000 g)

On a plate mix to combine tartar sauce with pressed garlic.

Pound cutlets, season with salt and marinade them in the mixture for about one hour.

Then coat the cutlets in triplecoat (flour, egg, breadcrumbs) and fry.
