semi skimmed milk 1,5%10tbsp150milliliters
toasted bread8pcs8pieces
unsalted butter0.75oz20grams

 

Recipe

1. 

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 10 tbsp (150 ml)  chicken egg 2 pcs  unsalted butter 0.75 oz (20 g)

Beat the eggs in a milk. Heat knob of butter in the skillet.

2. 

toasted bread 8 pcs

Soak slice of toast bread into the eggs with milk and quickly fry in hot butter on all sides.

3. 

During frying of other slices add butter according to the needs.

4. 

powdered sugar 2 tbsp  ground cinnamon 1 tsp

Blend icing sugar with ground cinnamon and sprinkle fried toasts with it.
