chicken breasts 2.2 lb (1000 g)

Slit chicken breasts into halves and lightly pound it.

chicken egg 3 pcs  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)  salt  all-purpose flour / plain flour  breadcrumbs

Beat the eggs with milk and salt. Prepare fine flour and breadcrumbs. Salt the chicken meat.

Dip schnitzel into the flour, egg and breadcrumbs.

In a skillet heat the oil and fry schnitzels for 10 minutes covered, then uncover, turn the schnitzel over and fry from other side for 10 minutes. After turning of schnitzels do not cover.
