rice noodles 8.75 oz (250 g)
Put the noodles in hot water for 7 minutes. After straining the noodles, rinse them with cold water.
Let the mushrooms rest for 8 minutes in hot water. Heat oil in a pan, fry onion and meat cutted in noodles. After a while add the mushrooms, pressed garlic, finely chopped ginger. Stew until the meat is soft. Season with soy sauce and spices.
