1. 

rice noodles 8.75 oz (250 g)

Put the noodles in hot water for 7 minutes. After straining the noodles, rinse them with cold water.

2. 

shiitake mushrooms dried 10 pcs  sunflower oil 2 tbsp  onion 3.5 oz (100 g)  pork thigh 8.75 oz (250 g)  garlic 3 cloves  ginger-root 0.25 oz (10 g)  soy sauce  ground black pepper

Let the mushrooms rest for 8 minutes in hot water. Heat oil in a pan, fry onion and meat cutted in noodles. After a while add the mushrooms, pressed garlic, finely chopped ginger. Stew until the meat is soft. Season with soy sauce and spices.
