Grate the cheese.

unsalted butter 1 oz (30 g)  sour cream (fat 14-18%) 4.25 oz (120 g)

Mix the soft butter with sour cream.

cream curd 4.25 oz (120 g)  onion 1 oz (30 g)  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp  garlic 2 cloves

Add cream curd, cleaned and chopped onion, pepper and cleaned, pressed garlic.

Add the cheese and mix it with a hand mixer. Add salt as you need, although it is not necessary, because the cheese is salty.
