Cook hard-boiled eggs, allow them to cool and peel them. Put scratchings and mustard into kitchen mixer and mix them patiently while stirring frequently.
Put in the kitchen mixer peeled, chopped onion and eggs. Mix everything together into the foam. Add salt if needed. Adding salt depends on how salty the scratchings are.
Serve the spread on fresh bread. It is delicious with vegetables, mainly pepper.
