Grind the scratchings, add finely chopped red onion.

sterilized sour cucumber 0.75 oz (20 g) • Dijon mustard 2 tbsp • salt • ground black pepper
Add in the spread sterilized sour cucumber chopped into small pieces and mustard. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
