coarse ground flour 3.25 oz (90 g)  semolina 1.5 oz (40 g)  chicken egg 1 pc  baking powder for gingerbread 1 tsp  vanilla sugar 0.5 oz (12 g)  salt 1 pinch  cream cheese 40% fat 8.75 oz (250 g)
