ground ginger0.25tsp¼teaspoon

Recipe

1. 

apricots 5.25 oz (150 g)  yoghurt natural 5.25 oz (150 g)  water 10 tbsp (150 ml)  ground cardamom 0.25 tsp  ground ginger 0.25 tsp  ground Roman caraway spice - jeera 2 pinches

Wash the apricots, remove the stones and put them in a blender. Add yogurt, boiled, cooled water and spices.

Mix into the foam.

3. 

Pour into cooled cups and serve.
