Refreshing apricot lassi for hot summer days. Lassi is a traditional Indian drink containing yoghurt, water, spices and fruit. There are many variations of this drink.

1. 

apricots 5.25 oz (150 g)  yoghurt natural 5.25 oz (150 g)  water 10 tbsp (150 ml)  ground cardamom 0.25 tsp  ground ginger 0.25 tsp  ground Roman caraway spice - jeera 2 pinches

Wash the apricots, remove the stones and put them in a blender. Add yogurt, boiled, cooled water and spices.

Mix into the foam.

3. 

Pour into cooled cups and serve.
