Recipe

1. 

Bavarian meatloaf 1.1 lb (500 g)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 4 tbsp  chicken egg 2 pcs  breadcrumbs 6 tbsp

Cut the meat into slices 1 cm thick. Cover each slice in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.

2. 

potatoes 1.3 lb (600 g)  water  salt  sunflower oil

Clean the potatoes, wash and cook them in salt water. 5 minutes before the potatoes are cooked, start to fry the meat in hot oil until golden from both sides.

3. 

chive 1 tbsp  unsalted butter 1 tbsp

Take the fried meatloaf out of the pan, put it on a paper dishtowel to remove fat. Strain the boiled potatoes, add the chopped fresh chives and butter - mix gently. Serve.
