white yogurt¾cup200milliliters

 

Recipe

1. 

mango 12.25 oz (350 g)

Peel a larger ripe mango and cut the sweet flesh into pieces.

2. 

white yogurt ¾ cup (200 ml)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)  ground cardamom 0.5 tsp  sugar granulated 4 tbsp

Put the mango with yoghurt, milk, sugar and a little cardamom in a blender ...

3. 

...and mix everything together.
