dry curd cottage8.75oz250grams
flour medium5.75oz160grams
powdered sugar2tbsp2tablespoon

unsalted butter-

Recipe

1. 

water  salt

Pour water and add a little salt in a bigger pot and cook slowly.

2. 

apricots 14 oz (400 g)

Wash larger, ripe apricots.

3. 

flour medium 5.75 oz (160 g)  salt 1 pinch

Put flour with a pinch of salt into a bowl.

4. 

dry curd cottage 8.75 oz (250 g)

Add cream curd...

chicken egg 1 pc

...and eggs.

6. 

Knead the dough.

7. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour

From the dough on a floured board, create a roll and cut it into 8-10 pieces. Create a pancake from each piece and wrap the apricot in it. Roll in the flour on the board.

Prepared balls...

... put in boiling water.

10. 

After floating on the surface (after about 10 minutes), cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

11. 

Remove the balls with a perforated scoop.

breadcrumbs 4 tbsp

Fry the breadcrumbs dry and briefly in a pan.

13. 

powdered sugar 2 tbsp

Stir sugar into the cooling bremdcrumbs.

14. 

Serve apricots, you can cut them in half and remove the stones.

unsalted butter

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and pour melted butter.
