What to do with the leftover dumpling from Sunday lunch? "Dumpling with egg classics", of course! :)

1. 

onion 8.75 oz (250 g)  pork lard 1 oz (30 g)

Finley chop onion. Melt lard in a pan and cook onion until it has a colour of caramel.

2. 

dunmpling 1.1 lb (500 g)

Cut dumpling into equal small cubes.

3. 

Add it to the onion and fry it for about 10 minutes while stirring frequently. Sides of the cubes become slightly brownish. Be careful and do not burn them.

4.

Just before serving, pour in beaten eggs. Do not season with salt - dumpling contains enough salt.

5. 

Again stir carefully, so that each dumplings cube is covered in stiff egg.

6. 

The meal is good also for small kids, for breakfast or dinner. For adults, it can be served with pickles or sour cucumbers.
