1. Preparation of meringue of egg whites
Bring the milk with vanilla sugar to the boil. Place egg whites into a deeper bowl, add a little icing sugar and whisk until stiff.
2. Cooking of snow dumplings

Pour cooked milky cream over the fluffy meringues, blend and let it cool.
