1. Preparation of meringue of egg whites

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 2.1 quart (2000 ml)  egg white 6 pcs  vanilla sugar 2 oz (60 g)  powdered sugar

Bring the milk with vanilla sugar to the boil. Place egg whites into a deeper bowl, add a little icing sugar and whisk until stiff.

2. Cooking of snow dumplings

With the spoon gradually place dumplings from egg white foam into the simmering milk. Cook shortly.

Take dumplings out, the best with the slotted laddle through the milk pass back into the saucepan, eventally with the bigger sieve.


Place fluffy dumplings into a deeper bowl.

5. Preparation of milky creamy fluid

sugar granulated 3.5 oz (100 g)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.1 cup (250 ml)  corn starch 2 oz (60 g)  egg yolk 6 pcs

Add sugar into the milk in a saucepan. Blend egg yolks and corn starch in a cold milk. Pour into the hot milk in a saucepan and stir until thicken slightly.

Preparation of milky creamy fluid


Pour cooked milky cream over the fluffy meringues, blend and let it cool.
