kefir 1 cup

Pour kefir milk into the bowl, ...

sugar granulated 0.75 cup

chicken egg 2 pcs

...and eggs. Mix.

all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.5 cup  baking powder for gingerbread 2 tsp  vanilla sugar 1 pk

Add flour with mixed baking powder and vanilla sugar.

Mix well.

unsalted butter  flour medium

Pour the dough into a mold greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.

Bake for 35-40 minutes at 670°F (355°C) F (355°F (180°C) C). Find out whether the cake is baked by inserting a wooden skewer into the cake. It must not remain wet after being pulled out.
