| unsalted butter | 1.75 | oz | 50 | grams |
Recipe
1. Pasta
pasta - patches 1.1 lb (500 g) • unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g)
Cook the pasta, drain, pour with melted butter.
2. Walnuts
ground walnuts 7 oz (200 g) • powdered sugar 5.25 oz (150 g)
Grind the walnuts, add into the pasta together with icing sugar and blend it.
3. Serving
Serve warm, with the teaspoon of redcurrant jam for the flavour enhancement.
