Classic, traditionall favourite soup.
No. of servings
potatoes 1.3 lb (600 g)
Peel a potatoes, wash and cut them into small cubes.
all-purpose flour / plain flour 2.75 oz (80 g)
Add flour and fry.
ground red paprika 3 tsp
Add peppers, mix, ...
water 1.9 quart (1800 ml)
....add water and stir well. Cook the roux while stirring regular for 10 minutes.
Add the potatoes to the roux and cook until soft (10 minutes). Add salt and stir occasionally.
frankfurter 10.5 oz (300 g)
Cut sausages into thin wheels.
Add them to the soup and cook for 10 minutes.
garlic 2 cloves
Then add the cleaned, pressed garlic to the soup ....
... and marjoram.
