carrots 1.5 oz (40 g)
Clean, wash and cut the carrots.
oil for frying 2 tbsp
Fry the carrots in oil.
When the onions change the colour, add the mushrooms and season.
Fry until gold.
Add a little chopped cabbage and season with fish sauce.
Stir and remove from heat.

Serve as a main dish or with noodles, rice, quinoa, couscous, etc. Sprinkle with fresh coriander.
