Spread half of the cream on the wafer, cover with another wafer.
Spread the other half and cover with a wafer. Weigh down for 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate with butter in a water bath and spread the icing on the top wafer. Let it harden in the cold. Cut with a sharp knife.
