cooking chocolate2.75oz75grams
milk powder7oz200grams
powdered sugar5.25oz150grams
rum flavour-
unsalted butter10.5oz300grams
wafers2.75oz75grams

1. 

unsalted butter 8.75 oz (250 g)  powdered sugar 5.25 oz (150 g)

Beat room-temperatured butter with sugar until creamy.

2. 

milk powder 7 oz (200 g)  rum flavour

Add milk and 5 drops of rum aroma. Mix well.

3. 

wafers 2.75 oz (75 g)

Spread half of the cream on the wafer, cover with another wafer.

4. 

Spread the other half and cover with a wafer. Weigh down for 30 minutes.

5. 

cooking chocolate 2.75 oz (75 g)  unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g)

Melt the chocolate with butter in a water bath and spread the icing on the top wafer. Let it harden in the cold. Cut with a sharp knife.
