almond crisps0.75oz20grams
cooking chocolate1.75oz50grams
egg yolk2pcs2pieces
marzipan3.5oz100grams
powdered sugar1.5oz40grams

unsalted butter4.25oz120grams

 

Recipe

1. 

unsalted butter 4.25 oz (120 g)  egg yolk 2 pcs  powdered sugar 1.5 oz (40 g)

Whip the butter with the sugar, add the egg yolks. Whip.

2. 

marzipan 3.5 oz (100 g)

Add chopped marzipan. Mix.

3. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 8.75 oz (250 g)  salt

Finally, add flour and a pinch of salt to the dough. Knead the dough, which you let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

4. 

Fill the roll moulds with the dough.

5. 

Bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C.

6. 

cooking chocolate 1.75 oz (50 g)  almond crisps 0.75 oz (20 g)

After baking, you can soak both ends of the rolls in chocolate melted in the steam bath and sprinkle with chopped almond flakes.
