Beat room-temperatured butter with sugar until creamy.
Sift the flour with cocoa powder and mix them together with the ground nuts.
candied cherries 1.5 oz (40 g)
Cut the candied cherries into small pieces.
brandy 1.25 tbsp (20 ml)
Make a solid dough from all the prepared ingredients and a little alcohol.
Form balls in your palms. Press half of the candied cherries into some of them.
Bake for 16 minutes at 160 °C.
