Divide the cauliflower into florets and boil it for 5 minutes in salted water.
Let the boiled cauliflower drip and cool.
unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g)
Melt the butter in the pot.
Add flour and mix until a smooth thick mixture is created. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
semi skimmed milk 1,5% 2.1 cup (500 ml)
Gradually add the milk.
rapeseed oil 1 tsp
Spread the pieces of cauliflower on a greased baking dish.
Pou evenly with the prepared bechamel.
Gouda cheese 3.5 oz (100 g)
Sprinkle the top with grated cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
