cauliflower 1.8 lb (800 g)
Wash the cauliflower and divide it into larger florets.
Mix eggs, salt and pepper in youghurt.
Soak cauliflower florets in yogurt ....
... and coat in breadcrumbs.
Put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and drizzled with oil.
Cover the cauliflower with foil and bake in oven at 670°F (355°C) F (355°F (180°C) C) for half an hour.
Remove the foil, turn the cauliflower and bake for another half an hour.
Serve as a classic fried cauliflower, with potatoes and tartar sauce.
