Braised Cabbage with Pork Sausages

    

Tasty and not really expensive meal from cabbage and pork sausages, the homemade steamed dumpling is a great side dish.

1. 

onion 1 pc  sunflower oil

Cook finely chopped onion in oil.

2. 

pork sausages 12.25 oz (350 g)

Add sausages sliced into rounds and cook for a while.

3. 

ground red paprika 2 tsp

Add ground red pepper.

4. 

white cabbage 0.5 pc  crushed cumin  ground black pepper  vegetable salt  water ¾ cup (200 ml)  salt

Add cabbage cut into thin strips, season it with salt, add crushed cumin, dried vegetable mix (vegeta) and ground black pepper. Pour water in and braise covered for 20 minutes.

5. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 2 tbsp  water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)  vinegar 0.5 tsp

When the cabbage becomes soft, thicken it with flour and water mixture and cook for a while. Once it is done, add vinegar.

6. 

Serve it with dumpling.
