1. 

red onion 2.75 oz (80 g)  olive oil 2 tbsp  sugar cane 2 tbsp

Peel red onion, chop it finely and cook in oil. Add sugar and caramelize it.

2. 

ginger-root 1 oz (25 g)  garlic 4 cloves  dried chili pepper 0.5 pc

Peel ginger and garlic and grate them finely. Add them to onion together with chili pepper. Cook everything together for a while.

salt 0.5 tsp  water ¾ cup (200 ml)

Season with salt and pour water in. Braise covered for 15 minutes.

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)  white yogurt 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 0.75 oz (20 g)

Mix yoghurt and flour in milk. Pour the mixture into the simmering ingredients and bring everything together to the boil.

Allow the sauce to cool slightly and use a hand blender to mix it until smooth.
