Simply prepared bean sauce from canned white beans. Serve with fried egg, vegetable or meatballs.

1. Cooking potatoes

potatoes 1.1 lb (500 g)  water 2.1 cup (500 ml)  salt 1 tsp

Brush potatoes, cut into a smaller cubes and put into the salty water to cook. Cook until soft approx. 15-20 minutes.

sterilized white beans 1.1 lb (500 g)  sugar granulated 1 tsp  bay leaf 2 pcs

Strain the canned beans and rinse on a sieve under running water. Add it to the potatoes with the bay leaf and a little sugar.

whipping cream (30-33% fat) ¾ cup (200 ml)  whole milk 3.5% ¾ cup (200 ml)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.5 oz (40 g)

Mix cream with milk and flour.

vinegar 1 tbsp  unsalted butter 1 tbsp

Stir the mixture into the sauce and cook. Season with lemon juice or vinegar. You can add salt as needed. Stir in a piece of butter.
