1. Cooking potatoes
Brush potatoes, cut into a smaller cubes and put into the salty water to cook. Cook until soft approx. 15-20 minutes.
Strain the canned beans and rinse on a sieve under running water. Add it to the potatoes with the bay leaf and a little sugar.
Mix cream with milk and flour.
Stir the mixture into the sauce and cook. Season with lemon juice or vinegar. You can add salt as needed. Stir in a piece of butter.
