Recipe

1. 

red lentil 4.5 oz (125 g)

Put the lentils into a pot and wash with water.

2. 

water ¾ cup (200 ml)  red onion 1.75 oz (50 g)  garlic 1 clove  ground ginger 0.25 tsp  ground Roman caraway spice - jeera 0.25 tsp  bay leaf 1 pc  spice turmeric 0.25 tsp  chilli pepper 0.5 tsp  imalayan salt 0.75 tsp

Add water, peeled, coarsely chopped onion and a cleaned, grated, garlic clove. Add spices and salt. Bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes. The lentils soften relatively quickly. Let it rest for 15 minutes in a pot, covered.

3. 

lemon-juice 1 tsp  coconut milk 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)  coriander

Add lemon juice, coconut milk and chopped coriander.

4.
