Recipe

red onion 10.5 oz (300 g) • sunflower oil 2 tbsp (30 ml)
Peel onion, chop it finely and fry in oil.

Cut the cooked beef from the soup and chop it finely in a food processor.

tomato paste 1.5 cup (350 ml) • Beef broth recipe 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)
Add the tomato paste, broth and bring to a boil.
