1. 

red onion 10.5 oz (300 g)  sunflower oil 2 tbsp (30 ml)

Peel onion, chop it finely and fry in oil.

Cut the cooked beef from the soup and chop it finely in a food processor.

thyme 0.5 tsp

Add it to the onion and add thyme.

tomato paste 1.5 cup (350 ml)  Beef broth recipe 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Add the tomato paste, broth and bring to a boil.

Finally, mix in the cleaned pressed garlic.
