lettuce 3.5 oz (100 g) • english cucumber 2 oz (60 g) • corn sterilized 1.75 oz (50 g) • hemp oil 1 tsp • roasted peanuts with no salt 0.75 oz (20 g) • pumpkin seeds without shell 0.25 oz (5 g) • tuna canned in its own juice 1.75 oz (50 g)
