A quality homemade fish salad that is much tastier than that one, that you bought. You know, what does this one consist of. Herring is a fine fish, perfect for this salad. Salad can also be prepared from other sour fish.

sour cream (10% fat)4.25oz120grams
sterilized carrot2.75oz80grams
sterilized peas2.75oz80grams
sterilized sour cucumber2.75oz80grams

1. 

pickled herring 7 oz (200 g)

Cut the tails, fins off and, if they have a harder spine, take it out.

2. 

Cut the fish into pieces.

3. 

sterilized sour cucumber 2.75 oz (80 g)  onion 1.5 oz (40 g)

Clean the onion and cut it finely. Grate the cucumbers.

4. 

sterilized carrot 2.75 oz (80 g)  sterilized peas 2.75 oz (80 g)

Add onions, cucumbers and drained peas with carrots to the bowl with fish.

5. 

sour cream (10% fat) 4.25 oz (120 g)  mayonnaise 4.25 oz (120 g)

Add sour cream and mayonnaise.

6. 

ground black pepper 0.25 tsp

Season and mix.
