Recipe

1. 

oat flakes 1.75 oz (50 g)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)  mushrooms 8.75 oz (250 g)  chicken egg 2 pcs  green peas frozen 8.75 oz (250 g)  salt  garlic 3 cloves  frozen sweetcorn 8.75 oz (250 g)  minced pork meat 1.1 lb (500 g)

Put oat flakes into a larger bowl and add milk, let rest for a while. Wash and cut the mushrooms. Add eggs, corn, peas, salt, pressed garlic, minced meat to flakes and mix everything well.

olive oil  breadcrumbs 3 tbsp

Pour olive oil into a deep baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the excess breadcrumbs that did not stick to the bottom and sides of the baking dish into the meatloaf. Finally, lightly mix in the mushrooms. Fill the baking dish with the mixture and bake in a preheated oven on a medium setting.

3. 

After 50 minutes, increase the temperature in the oven and bake the for 5 minutes. After removing from the oven, cover with aluminum foil
