Wash the meat.

salt 3 tsp  ground red paprika 3 tsp  water ¾ cup (200 ml)

Season the meat with salt and pepper and place it into a deep baking dish. Spread the sliced garlic all over the meat. Pour water and reast it uncovered in oven on a middle level for 1.5 h. Remove it from oven and cut into thick slices.
