Recipe

1. 

Roasted duck - simplest way of preparing recipe

Take meat (about 200 g) from the roast duck leftovers ...

2. 

...and cut.

3. 

onion 7 oz (200 g)  sunflower oil 4 tbsp

Peel an onion, chop finely and cook in oil.

4. 

frozen vegetables (carrot, peas) 12.25 oz (350 g)

Add the vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes.

5. 

Add duck meat and warm up.

6. 

milled rice 5.25 oz (150 g)  salt 1 tsp  water

Rinse the rice under running water, let drip. Fry in a little oil, add salt and pour water about 1.5 cm above the rice. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from the fire and let rest for 10 minutes covered.

7. 

cheddar cheese

Stir the rice into the vegetable-duck base. Serve with grated cheese.
