Recipe

1. 

onion 5.25 oz (150 g)  sunflower oil 4 tbsp

Peel onion, chop it finely and fry in oil.

new potatoes 1.8 lb (800 g)

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into slices.

early white cabbage 8.75 oz (250 g)  garlic 1 clove

Clean the cabbage, wash and roughly grate. Clean clove of garlic.

Add cabbage to almost soft potatoes, add crushed garlic and stir. Cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

7. 

Uncover the potatoes, raise the temeprature and cook the potatoes for 5 minutes. Tip the potatoes out of the pan and serve.

8. 

Potatoes as a separate meal are very tasty with a glass of sour milk.
