semi skimmed milk 1,5%2.1cup500milliliters
sugar granulated2.75oz80grams
unsalted butter0.25oz10grams
vanilla pudding - powder1.5oz40grams
walnuts1.5oz40grams

1. 

apples 1.1 lb (500 g)

Peel the apples and cut them into thin halfmoon slices.

2. 

unsalted butter 0.25 oz (10 g)  ground cinnamon 0.5 tsp

Melt piece of butter in a pot, add apples and ground cinnamon, stir and braise for a while.

3. 

sugar granulated 1.5 oz (40 g)  raisins 1.5 oz (40 g)

Pour sugar in, add washed raisins, stir and again braise for a while. Remove from the heat.

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 2.1 cup (500 ml)  sugar granulated 1.5 oz (40 g)  vanilla pudding - powder 1.5 oz (40 g)

Make pudding from milk, sugar and pudding powder.

5. 

long biscuits (ladyfingers) 8 pcs  walnuts 1.5 oz (40 g)

Crush ladyfingers into the deeper cups (2 pieces into each cup). Place 2/3 of the apples on top of the ladyfingers and equally spread the pudding on. Place the remaining third of the apples on top and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Let it cool and serve.
