1. Preparation of ingredients
In a cup prepare the starter from the fresh yeasts, warm milk (from prepared milk), sugar and 1tbsp of flour (from prepared flour). Melt the butter.
Add pinch of salt into the flour, add egg yolk, pour in melted butter, prepared starter and rest of milk. Knead all together well and let it rise in a bowl.
When dough is risen, separate it into two halves.
Roll out half of the dough on the floured board and cut into the squares. Place adequate amount of jam onto the center of every square, join dough corners and edges so you create the bans and jam is hidden.
Place bans one next to another on the tray covered with baking paper (eventually buttered and floured). Proceed by same way with second half of dough. Place bans side-by-side tightly, do not leave any spare space. When the tray is full, let buns rise for further 15 minutes. Brush the top with beaten egg.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180 °C.
When baking is finished sprinkle buns with sugar and serve when cold. Separate them one from another by hands.
