Recipe for hermelin baked in puff pastry.

Roll out puff pastry on floured board. Cut cheese in half horizontally, place on the dough. Cut dough into squares according to number of cheeses (for this recipe 4 cheeses with weigth of 80 g were used).
Slightly brush each square of dough with the ketchup (optional).
Place prepared cheese halves on dough squares.

Fold the dough so parcel is created. Cheese must be closed on all sides so during the baking it will keep inside. Brush the surface with beaten egg and sprinkle with whole caraway, sesame or ground red paprika.
Bake at 180-390°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes.
