Leek salad with yogurt

    

Tasty salad that is perfect as a cooling raita for spicy dishes. And it doesn't have to be only an Indian cuisine.

1. 

leek 2.5 oz (70 g)

Wash the leek, cut it lengthwise and then into thin half-rings.

2. 

yoghurt natural 10.5 oz (300 g)

Add yogurt and mix.

3. 

salt 0.5 tsp  sugar granulated 1 tsp  dry mint spice 0.5 tsp  ground black pepper 0.25 tsp  lemon-juice 1 tbsp

Stir in salt, sugar, dried mint, pepper and lemon juice. Let it rest for half an hour in the cold.
