Recipe

1. 

onion 2.75 oz (80 g)  sunflower oil 1.25 tbsp (20 ml)

Clean the onion, cut it and fry in oil.

2. 

oyster mushroom 12.25 oz (350 g)

Wash the oyster mushroom, cut it finely ...

3. 

ground caraway 0.5 tsp  salt 1 tsp  ground red paprika 2 tsp  water 10 tbsp (150 ml)

... add to onion, sprinkle with caraway, salt and pepper. Stir, add water and simmer for 10 minutes in a covered pan.

4. 

white tofu 12.75 oz (360 g)

Add sliced tofu, mix and warm up.

5. 

sweet cream for cooking 1.3 cup (300 ml)  cornmeal 1 oz (30 g)

Mix corn flour in the cream.

6. 

Pour the mixture to the tofu and cook for 5 minutes.

7. 

pumpkin oil 2 tbsp

Finally, mix in the pumpkin oil.

8. 

Cook the pasta and pour the sauce over and serve .
