1. Dough preparation
Prepare leaven from milk, sugar and 1/3 of the cube of yeast. Then add flour, egg, oil and salt. Stir, knead and allow it to rise for one hour.
2. Filling preparation
Grate one big white cabbage. Prepare caramel from oil and two tablespoons of granulated sugar. Add cabbage and mix it with caramel, cook until cabbage is soft. Add granulated sugar and ground cinnamon to the soft cabbage, to your taste. Stir well and allow it to cool well.
Use a rolling pin to spread the dough. Divide it into 18 pieces and fill each piece with the cabbage filling.

Place them on greased baking tin, then brush with melted butter. Prick cabbage cakes with fork and bake in preheated oven at 355°F (180°C) for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle cabbage cakes with sugar and serve. Bon appetite.
