1. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 6.25 oz (180 g)  unsalted butter 4.25 oz (120 g)  salt 1 pinch  dry white wine 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)

Give flour into a bowl, add sliced softened butter, pinch of salt and wine.

Knead the dough.

Wrap the dough in a foil and let it harden in the cold for at least two hours.

Roll the dough on a floured board to a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Cut the rings, into which you cut a hole with a small ring mould. Cut 50 cream puffs.

Put the cream puffs on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Bake for 12 minutes at 180 °C.

powdered sugar

Coat the warm rings in powdered sugar. Let cool and dry.

8. 

sour cherry jam

Then stick them with jam.
