A proven recipe for patizon pieces coated and fried in oil. Boiled potatoes are a suitable side dish. Patison is very tasty with tartar sauce.

1.

Peel the patison, cut in half and cut into thicker pieces, about 1.5-2 cm.

salt  all-purpose flour / plain flour 8.75 oz (250 g)  chicken egg 2

Salt the number of pieces that can fit in a pan, coat them with flour, whipped egg ...

3. 

breadcrumbs 5.25 oz (150 g)

...and in breadcrumbs.

4. 

oil for frying 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Put in hot oil and fry from both sides. Coat other patizones after frying the first ones. Do not prepare them in advance. After salting and coating, they would release water and the breadcrumb would get wet.
