Recipe

1. 

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.3 cup (300 ml)  water 10 tbsp (150 ml)  unsalted butter 3.5 oz (100 g)

Melt butter in milk in a pot over medium heat.

2. 

flour medium 10.5 oz (300 g)  salt 1.5 tsp  sugar granulated 2 tbsp  fresh yeast 0.75 oz (20 g)

Put in a bowl flour, salt, sugar and fresh yeast. Pour in prepared butter melted in milk. Be careful, milk temperature should not exceed 120°F (50°C). Gently stir milk with yeast and sugar and allow it to rest, covered, for 15 minutes unless it becomes leavened.

3.

Stir the dough and gradually add flour. Once the flour is incorporated, let it rise in the warm place for 25 minutes.

4. 

Transfer the raised dough to the floured board. Gradually divide it into 12 loaves and shape them gently into buns.

Bake for 10-12 minutes in preheated oven at 430°F (220°C).
