pumpkin for baking1.3lb600grams

semi hard cheese3.5oz100grams
unsalted butter1.75oz50grams

 

Recipe

1. 

pumpkin for baking 1.3 lb (600 g)

Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Cut into pieces, (the mentioned weight is the weight of the sliced pieces).

2. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 0.75 oz (20 g)  ground red hot paprika 0.5 tsp

Put the pumpkin pieces in a bowl, sprinkle with flour and pepper. Mix.

3. 

unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g)

Put the pumpkin in a baking pan and pour over the melted butter. Put in a preheated oven at 805°F (430°C) F (430°F (220°C) C) and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature and remove the pumpkin.

4. 

semi hard cheese 3.5 oz (100 g)  cream (fat 10-12%) ¾ cup (200 ml)  chicken egg 2 pcs  salt 0.5 tsp  garlic 0.25 oz (10 g)

Grate the cheese coarsely and sprinkle the prebaked pumpkin. Mix cream, eggs, salt, cleaned pressed garlic in a bowl and pour over the contents of the baking pan.

5. 

Bake for 30 minutes at 670°F (355°C) F (355°F (180°C) C), then cover with foil and bake for 10-15.
