puff pastry 9.75 oz (275 g)  chicken egg 1 pc

Roll the puff pastry, place on a baking sheet and spread with a egg.

fresh spinach leaves 2.75 oz (80 g)

Wash the spinach and chop it finely.

3. 

smoked pork ham 3.5 oz (100 g)

Cut the ham finely, sprinkle the dough and cover with spinach.

sheep cheese - bryndza 4.5 oz (125 g)  sour cream (10% fat) 2 tbsp  chicken egg 2 pcs

Mix the cheese with cream and eggs. If necessary, you can add more cream if the mixture is very thick.

Pour the cheese evenly over the spinach. You can salt it if you want to have saltier appetizers.

semi hard cheese 1.75 oz (50 g)

Grate the cheese and sprinkle the surface of the cake.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
