Recipe for preparation of tasty Christmas walnut pastry with nutty cream and chocolate. Durable pastry, that can decorate your dinning table during the whole Christmas holidays.

1. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 14 oz (400 g)  unsalted butter 11.25 oz (320 g)  powdered sugar 5.25 oz (150 g)  ground walnuts 4.25 oz (120 g)  baking powder for gingerbread 0.25 tsp

Mix to combine all the ingredients. Place the prepared dough in the fridge for about one hour.

2. 

Use a rolling pin to spread the dough until it is about half centimeter thick. Cut out rounds of dough.

3. 

Place the cut-out pieces into the baking tin and bake for about 10-15 minutes at 340°F (170°C).
