1. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 8.75 oz (250 g)  chicken egg 2 pcs  salt  unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g)  baking powder for gingerbread 1 tsp  lemon peel 1 tsp  sugar granulated 1 tbsp  dry curd cottage 8.75 oz (250 g)

Mix all ingredients and a pinch of salt. Make a smooth dough.

2.

Roll the dough on a floured board to a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Then cut it into the same strips, then in lozenge, in which you make two cuts.

3. 

sunflower oil

Fry fanky in warm oil for about 2 minutes on each side until golden.

4. 

vanilla sugar 0.75 oz (24 g)  powdered sugar 2.75 oz (80 g)

Coat still warm fanky in a mixture of powdered and vanilla sugar.
