Place sponge biscuits at the bottom of the cups and pour them over with syrup.
Mix to combine sour cream with sugar and put half of the mixture in the cups.
Add sliced banana and some more sponge biscuits, and again pour them over with syrup.
Add cocoa powder and a little sugar to the remaining sour cream. Stir well.
Put the cocoa cream in the cups.
Place sponge biscuits on the surface, dip them slightly and add fruit.
