Strawberry Trifle Glass with Mascarpone

Dessert with delicious vanilla mascarpone cream, whipped cream and fresh strawberries.

1. Cream preparation

chicken egg 3 pcs  sugar granulated 7 oz (200 g)

In a bowl whisk the eggs with sugar.

Cream preparation


whole milk 3.5% 750 ml  vanilla pod 1 pc

Heat the milk in a saucepan, add vanilla from vanilla bean.


flour fine 3.5 oz (100 g)

Stir the eggs with sugar into the warm milk. Finally pour in the flour through the sieve. Stir all together until thick mush is cooked.


mascarpone 8.75 oz (250 g)

Stir mascarpone into the filling.

5. Prep of the whipped cream

whipping cream (30-33% fat) 250 ml

Whisk double cream in a smaller bowl with the electric mixer.

6. Glass filling

strawberries 8.75 oz (250 g)  biscuits  long biscuits (ladyfingers)

Fill the glasses with the mascarpone cream up to half, add biscuit sponge, finely chopped strawberries. Cover with the layer of whipped cream and decorate the top of glasses with strawberry slices.
