Recipe

Cut the delicate salami into thin noodles and put in a bowl.

Add finely chopped cucumbers and capers.

red pepper 3.25 oz (90 g) • sterilized peas 1.75 oz (50 g) • onion 1.75 oz (50 g)
Add peas and finely chopped peppers with onions.

soy sauce 2 tsp • Dijon mustard 1 tsp • ground black pepper 0.25 tsp
Season with soy sauce, mustard and spices.
