ground black pepper-

schwarzwald ham1.5oz40grams
sesame oil1tbsp1tablespoon

 

Recipe

1. 

eggplant 7 oz (200 g)

Cut the eggplant into short fries.

2. 

red pepper 1 pc

Cut the pepper.

3. 

olive oil 4 tbsp  ground black pepper

Season and fry together in oil.

4. 

schwarzwald ham 1.5 oz (40 g)  garlic 2 cloves  olive oil 2 tbsp

Cut the ham into strips and fry with garlic until crispy on low flame.

5. Serving

fresh spinach leaves 7 oz (200 g)  sesame oil 1 tbsp

Place spinach leaves on a plate and drizzle with oil. Add a mixture of eggplant and paprika and crispy ham with golden roasted garlic on top.
